Not a happy camper, my weight wont move at all ! Its just stuck and I went for a run yesterday and ate ok but no. ALSO last week I was good ate under a wee few but nothing magor! NOT impressed not happy just makes me grrr at my body and then... more determined to lose this god awful fat belly I have at the moment.
You are experiencing a plateau... and I have several ideas on how to break through them.
ReplyDeleteSIMPLY CHANGE SOMETHING.
- Try different foods. or
- try different exercise. or
- have your MAIN meal of the day at a different time, like lunchtime. or
- cut carbs down a bit. (or if you already have very few carbs, add some back)
Your body needs a 'shock' to it's system to kick start it again. It has gotten used to what you have been doing and has gone on into 'stay here' mode.
Try ONE change at a time, cos one is all it will take. then you have the others in your arsenal to try when it happens again.
